Delicious, naturally sweetened, gluten free peanut butter banana muffins.

1 Standard muffin pan
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2-1 cup add ins chocolate chips or nuts
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray muffin tin and set aside.
Mash bananas in a medium sized bowl.
Add remaining wet ingredients (peanut butter, vanilla, eggs and honey). Mix well.
Add salt, baking powder and oat flour and mix until combined.
Stir in desired extras.
Bake for 17-20 minutes.Enjoy!
